Got this nice little not on my way to the copy shop. Only giving us two weeks to move. That’s pretty harsh.

WILMONT DWELLERS: The new “official” word is we have a month to move out from when we get the letters from the City of Raleigh. And the letters are supposed to be mailed today.

TO CLARIFY: DEMOLITION IS A DEFINITE POSSIBILITY PEOPLE!
The ordinance from the City of Raleigh condemning the building as “Unfit for Human Habitation” states, “The [property] may not be occupied until repaired or demolished.” Once we move out there will be nothing to stop House or the City of Raleigh from demolishing the building. And yes, the City of Raleigh can dictate to House that he HAS TO demolish the building if the repairs are not done, or if the cost of the repairs is more than the value of the property.
